Sonia is executive editor of this magazine. Although it’s been a long time since she raised toddlers, Sonia plays an active role in the lives of her eight grandchildren, who range in age from 3 to 14 years.
She has subscribed to magazines for them and is just delighted to be producing a magazine for toddlers that tends to their faith lives and their spiritual formation.
Sonia is a big fan of children’s books and keeps her own collection, which she says are for when her grandchildren come and visit.
Sonia is a member of All Saints Lutheran Church in Palatine, Ill., and has been with The Lutheran staff since that magazine’s startup in late 1987.
