Lord of Life Lutheran Church, Bluffton, S.C., is blessed to have many visitors, said Elaine Krome, associate in ministry.
One of God's own appeared at the door of the narthex in mid-October.
Krome said the church's "Blessing of the Animals" took place on Oct. 4 so maybe this was a personal thank you.
Four of the alligators, each about 3 feet in length, apparently have made their home in the pond by the church, she said.
