Inmates, rejected by society, are loved by God

When a mission director asked Eric Wangen-Hoch in 2005 what he might do to help redevelop a congregation in a neighboring synod, he immediately responded, "Start a prison congregation."

Six months later, Wangen-Hoch started Living Stones Prison Congregation. A mission of the Southwestern Washington Synod, it's located within the walls of the all-male Washington Correction Center in Shelton.
