A ground-breaking spring break

Lutheran Campus Ministry students join Habitat project

Over their spring break, Lutheran Campus Ministry students and staff coordinated the nation's first student-led Habitat Blitz at Clemson [S.C.] University — the largest ever multiple home-building project led by a campus Habitat chapter.

More than 4,000 college students gathered in Clemson, including Lutheran Campus Ministry students from Clemson; Penn State University, University Park, Pa.; Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Blacksburg; University of Chicago; Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill.; University of Wisconsin at Madison; University of Minnesota, Minneapolis; and Iowa State University, Ames.
