The Montgomery House Library is raising funds for its programs with the flamingo approach.
Typically, individuals give $25 to have a flock land in someone's yard (in this case, the church).
Likewise, people can spend $30 on "flamingo insurance" to keep the birds away, said Dan May, pastor.
Parishioners witnessed the birds on their way into worship, but they had mysteriously flown away by Tuesday.
