Monica Eckerdal Kjellstrom, a Church of Sweden clergy coordinator, expressing regret about a recent incident where a pastor answering a nighttime suicide hotline fell asleep while listening to a caller. She was quoted by The Local, an English-language Swedish news Web site. (The caller got angry and chose not to kill themself.)
