"Three Kids and a Pastor Up a Creek With a Paddle?" That's what Marcia Cox, pastor of Faith Lutheran Church, Ormond Beach, Fla., calls the confirmands' Haiti project.
Faith has a long history of support for the Lutheran Church of Haiti. So Cox didn't hesitate to ask the confirmation class, which met the day after the quake hit, what they thought the St. Joseph's Home for Boys needed (previously, Faith members stayed at the home when in Port-au-Prince).
