For 15 years, Lutheran seniors have met in the Phoenix area for Rally in the Valley, a two-day event designed for their individual faith enrichment.
"It's all about the individual," said planner Ken Bash. "This is not a 'how to' for congregations. Our speakers are talking to individuals here, not congregational leaders."
