It's a disservice to your readership and the ELCA to publish such incendiary remarks as those you selected for publication for "Letters to the editor" in the March ("2 readings produce different views") issue (and before). Particularly, those titled "Standing firm," "It's a conspiracy" and "Questionable coverage." While I recognize your desire to print a representative sampling of letters you receive, Paul admonishes us in Ephesians 4:29 to speak only what is useful for building up.
