'Chat church' probed

South Africa's largest Dutch Reformed Church (Nederduits Gereformeerde Kerk) is investigating a popular Internet church that Jean Oosthuizen, a Dutch Reformed Church employee set up in 2005.

The church's governing body criticized the Kletskerk ("chat church" in Afrikaans) for allowing swearing and voices of atheists.

Oosthuizen is a news editor for one of the church's publications.
