The United Arab Emirates became the third Islamic country to appoint female muftis, Islamic religious leaders who can make religious decisions and issue fatwas, legal pronouncements. Six women will begin training for the positions in early 2010, according to The National newspaper in Dubai. Morocco began certifying female religious "guides" in 2007, and a woman, Aisha Al-Mannai, is dean of Qatar's College of Sharia and Islamic Studies.

Why is this in The Lutheran magazine? Why are any Christians concerned about how a FALSE religion is conducted?
We do NOT worship the same god and all paths DO NOT lead to God's Kingdom.
Jesus said "I am THE way...". That leaves Muhammed OUT.
