Pink magazine recently named Thrivent Financial for Lutherans one of its “Top 15 Companies for Women 2009.” Criteria included high representation in positions of power and a commitment to life/work balance programs. Based in Minneapolis, Thrivent is a fraternal organization that provides insurance and investment services to more than 2.6 million Lutheran members.
