Lutherans provide training and counseling that opens doors for Palestinians, Gazans and Lebanese

Despite the peace accord, prospects for the people remain uncertain in the Middle East. But life goes on, with Lutheran support bringing hope.

The Lutheran World Federation Vocational School in Beit Hanina opens doors for Palestinian boys like Mohammed Altil, a 16-year-old carpentry student. The school enrolls 150 needy students from 50 villages.
