With the requirement to cut $355,000 from its budget, ELCA Vocation and Education eliminated the three regional coordinators for campus ministers and ministries.
It retained full grant funding of $1.25 million to the programs at the public and private schools.
However, $150,000 was cut from the $1.25 million for the 28 ELCA colleges and universities.
The unit also cut another one and one-half positions, unrelated to campus work.
