Minnesota Lutherans joined other faith communities and leaders from business and government Jan. 21 to “End Poverty by 2020.”
They were asked to support the vision and recommendations proposed by the Legislative Commission to End Poverty in Minnesota by 2020: “If not we, then who? If not now, then when? Ending poverty is possible when we show up, stand up, sign up, and speak up.”
