When William Thomas Carnes was baptized at Rock of Ages Lutheran, Wildwood, Fla., on Oct. 19, he became the first official member of the mission congregation that is not yet organized.
If it hadn’t been for an early ultrasound and a series of miracles and life-saving measures, his mother, Lenea, said his baptism would likely have been in the neonatal intensive care unit.
He was delivered 10 weeks early and weighed no more than 2 pounds.
Now he’s a healthy, happy baby.
