ELCA International Disaster Response provided $195,757 for four years of tuition assistance to more than 100 financially struggling college students in Nias, Indonesia.
Students at Nommensen, a Lutheran university of the Protestant Christian Batak Church, a Lutheran World Federation member, were affected by the 2004 tsunami.
