Church donates homes

Incarnation Lutheran Church, Columbia, S.C., donated four historic houses to the city.

The houses were moved from the church property to a city neighborhood.

They will be renovated before being sold to low-income families through the city’s loan program.

Columbia awarded a Commendation of Merit to Incarnation, which will use the land where the houses stood for expansion of its facilities.
