At Hosanna! Lutheran Church, Lakeville, Minn., the affirmation of faith was shared in a big way in April and May.

This year’s confirmation class had 497 students in it—larger than usual because the church is realigning the years of its confirmation program.
Having this many confirmands required two group photos (right) and four worship services. There was no mention of how much cake the celebration required.
