Augsburg College student Jessica Rivera asked the U.S. deputy secretary of defense a tough question. Alumnus John Hamre was speaking at the college in February — at the annual Peace Prize Forum co-sponsored by five Midwestern Lutheran colleges — when Rivera confronted him.
