A neccessary war?

Dictators drag the rest of us through hell

By classic "just war" theory, the crisis in Kosovo is a toss-up, says Andrew Greeley, a well-known Roman Catholic author. The cause is just because Milosevic is an evil man and the means of war so far seem to be proportionate to the crime. But it isn't clear that more good is being done than harm, nor is it clear whether there is a reasonable hope of victory.
