Louisa Groce doesn't want anyone to know she is the oldest candidate ever to receive approval for ordination in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. "That's incidental," says the 80-year-old student at The Lutheran Seminary at Philadelphia. "Anything I'm able to accomplish is all due to the glory of God. The fact that I have the energy I have and get around the way I do — God gets all the credit for that.
