In the September issue, The Lutheran
featured a list of 25 current topics and asked readers to vote for the
top 10 most on their mind. Those 10 will become topics for future
stories.
More than 4,000 votes were tabulated with the average
ranking per topic at 162. Eleven of the 25 topics scored over the
average. “What does it mean to be Lutheran today?” scored the highest
with almost twice the average. The balance of the voting reflects that
“what it means” is what makes us unique.
