our fast-paced society of chaos and cacophony, how often are you still?
If you struggle to make time for quiet and openness to God, consider
adding massage to your schedule. Not only will you stop moving and find
time for contemplation, your body will feel better too.

you do the body-work you inevitably affect the spirit," says Jill
Knueppel, a massage therapist and member of Amazing Grace Lutheran
Church, Lawrenceville, Ga. "As people relax and find space in their
lives, a lot of transformation can take place in a lot of ways. Massage
helps somebody to slow down so there is a place to just be and be
totally present."
