We compared Lutheranism to a large house with an even larger attic. As we explore the treasures of our tradition, we first discover a large ring of keys. These keys are a wonderful asset to open the greatest resource of all: The word of God found in the Bible, which contains our story and hope. But it's a large and confusing book that needs interpretation. It might as well be locked as far as many modern readers are concerned
