Disrupting worship?

Parts of Haugen's liturgy have become popular

I've seen many changes in our liturgy. Now comes one written by Marty Haugen called Now the Feast and Celebration, which to me is not Lutheran. Who is he? Why was he given the privilege of disrupting our liturgy?

When I take my morning walk I sing or hum Praise God, from Whom All Blessings Flow. For years we sang it every Sunday, and it stayed in our minds as a prayer to use any time. Why has it been taken out of our service?
