We should live in harmony. If we as Lutherans can't live together as one godly church, how can we expect the rest of the world to do so?
None of us can live in perfectly godly ways, but your point is well-taken. Two things are necessary, and they are connected. We need to be engaged in the mission of loving the world through peace-building labors. We also have the ministry of loving each other within the church.
