Two ELCA members reveal the sharp disagreement that exists over school vouchers — and over the Supreme Court's recent 5-4 ruling upholding a controversial Cleveland program. The program allows parents of poor children in failing public schools to use tax-funded vouchers, a maximum of $2,250 annually, to send their children to private schools, including religious institutions.
