You've heard of adopt-a-highway programs ... but "adopt-a-skeleton ... $15 each"?
That's British vicar Chris Boulton's fund-raiser in Cambridge, England. The Anglican clergyman hopes to raise $7,900 to provide a Christian reburial for the remains of almost 700 Anglo-Saxons discovered near St. Andrew's, the parish he serves. Estimated at between 900 and 1,300 years old, the skeletons are thought to be those of Christians.
