Located just north of Bettendorf and Davenport, Iowa, Eldridge was a small farming community, which in the last 10 years has rapidly grown into a bedroom community for the two cities, with a population of 4,300.
Established in 1953, Faith holds on to its rural roots. Several member families still are connected to farming. But as the community has changed so has the membership, now with a mix of white- and blue-collar workers whose ages average in the lower 40s and many families with small children. Worship attendance averages 325.
