Guyana is a poor country that's rich in natural resources. According to Orin Cummings, pastor of Redeemer Lutheran in Georgetown, Guyana, his congregation is rich in human resources.
"We have talented and resourceful people," he says. Cummings, also vice president of the Lutheran Church in Guyana, believes his congregation's organizational skills and knowledge of church administration can benefit his country's Lutheran church.
