Each Sunday Mary Lou Kator starts the day as a Lutheran pastor, but winds up the afternoon as an Episcopal priest.
Though not a Lutheran, Kator accepted a rare multidenominational call in the rural Missouri towns of Salisbury and Moberly, where two small congregations lacking funds were without leaders.
