Dear people of God,
We give thanks for you. We give thanks each time we hear the risen Christ joyously proclaimed from the pulpit of an ELCA congregation. We give thanks:
• When we visit one of our seminaries and meet faithful women and men preparing for ministry.
• Each time we hear about a new ELCA congregation being formed or about a young person nurtured to faith through one of the hundreds of ELCA church camps and campus ministries.
