Binh Nguyen Rybacki was 18 when she fled Saigon in 1975, just hours before the South Vietnamese capital fell to communist troops from the north. She thought she'd never return. But the refugee, who once spat at God, now cares for a "family" of 900 homeless children across Vietnam. Her work has saved hundreds of bui doi (Vietnamese for "dust of life") from degradation or even death.
