India's Henry Martyn Institute teaches people to be neighbors

How do I as a Christian understand and minister to someone of a different faith? We are working among the people so they can be neighbors with one another and teach their congregation to be mediators."

That's how Diane D'Souza describes the mission of the Henry Martyn Institute in Hyderabad, India, directed by her husband, Andreas. The institute is an ecumenical Christian organization that has been functioning as an expression of the church's ministry of reconciliation since 1986. The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, through the Division for Global Mission, is a supporting partner of the institute.
