Campus pastor weighs in on eating disorders

In response to the article "Starving for affection" (February, page 26), John Carrier, pastor at the Lutheran Campus Center at Winona [Minn.] State University, tells how that ministry addresses the problem of eating disorders — the "number one health issue facing women on our campuses." It's estimated that as many as one in four women students are seriously involved in eating disorder behaviors.
