Why didn't Jesus know?

He lived with human memory

In a December article in The Lutheran Jesus was quoted as saying, "About that day or hour [when the Messiah returns] no one knows, neither the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father" (Mark 13:32). How could Jesus, the Word, who was from the very beginning with the Father, say he didn't know this? Was Jesus' divine memory deleted from his human brain?
