Where will this quilt go? Who will get this school kit? I wonder who will wear this shirt? These questions were asked last year by 3,000 Lutheran congregations as they carefully made or packed 2,000 tons of gifts — quilts, clothing, school and health kits, layettes and soap — for Lutheran World Relief recipients worldwide.
