Saralea Holstrom is talking about sex. She's describing sexual intercourse, discussing intimacy, telling how one can contract AIDS through unsafe sex and explaining homosexuality.
She's not a teenager talking with friends or a high school health teacher. Holstrom is a parish nurse at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, Naperville, Ill., and this frank discussion of human sexuality is happening during a fifth-grade Sunday school class.
