A large number of questions I receive by E-mail reflect the widespread spiritual anxiety and ignorance that troubles many people. Both the "impersonal" and the "human" elements of cyberspace merge here to form an interesting opportunity. I suspect these people would not be likely to go to their pastor or a local religious leader, but find it easy to carry on an E-mail dialogue.
