In the days following the Sept. 11 tragedy, The Lutheran contacted synods and congregations to begin compiling a list of ELCA casualties. The following is the result of that attempt, with the knowledge that in these days and weeks other names will surface, and others in our communities suffer from the ramifications of this disaster.
