Who are these people?" Or, put a different way: "Who are these people?" It's a question fixed in the mind of any pastor about to craft Sunday's sermon or who is sitting across the table from a call committee. It's also the question asked by a prospective member who's made it past the overly enthusiastic greeter and has settled into a pew. We look for clues as parishioners or pastors as we search for and serve with our people.
