Our scary values

The issue is commitment but to what?

As difficult as swimming upstream may be, there is no substitute for remaining true to those moral and faith standards that have served us well. We have to continue to exhibit them, teaching them to children and grandchildren, being the best examples we can be wherever we find ourselves. It could mean that we plod along a lonely way. But when we do, we reflect the eternal truths that endure and make society livable.
