Why natural disasters, tornadoes, earthquakes and a host of other natural calamities? Why wars and hunger, hatred and abuse, murder and mayhem? Logic dictates that God is either unaware of the suffering or unable or unwilling to change it. But faith affirms God's presence and final victory over all forces of evil. Faith lives with ambiguity. Suffering remains a mystery, tugging us to seek understanding while we experience God's silence. We are left with trust against trust, hope against hope
