Christians, Muslims unite

Alcohol, heroin, cocaine and marijuana use in Kenya has reached an all-time high, prompting religious leaders to declare a state of national disaster. Christian and Muslim religious groups are jointly offering preventative education, rehabilitation and psychological support. Speaking at the second National Conference on Alcohol and Drug Use, President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya offered support to the anti-drug movement by ordering security forces to deport or arrest any suspected foreign drug trafficker.
