studentA girl displaced from the Central African Republic is glad to be getting back to school in Bélom camp, a site in southern Chad managed by the Lutheran World Federation. Housing about 17,000 people displaced by flooding means building schools, as well as providing for such basics as food, shelter, hygiene and blankets.
