James Colver, a 20-year-old California college student, not only puts his money where his mouth is, he puts his legs where his heart is. This summer he is riding a homemade bicycle across the country — 5,000 miles at 75 miles a day — to raise money for Prison Congregations of America, which starts churches behind prison walls.
