Tensions are increasing "more than ever before" between North and South Korea since Pyongyang's failed rocket launch in April, reported the Seoul-based National Council of Churches in Korea.
Council members urged governments toward restraint and to make "every effort to achieve peace through dialogue," adding that "people are shaking with anxiety" about the possibility of war.
