If the blizzard wasn't bad enough, Lutherans in the mid-Atlantic states must now clean up after a flood. In its wake the flood destroyed homes and businesses. Estimates in Pennsylvania alone include at least 19 dead and more than 51,000 homes, 1,900 businesses, 1,426 roads and 78 parks damaged or ruined.a
