In an unusual show of support, Pakistan's parliament on Nov. 15 condemned the Nov. 8 killing of three Hindu men in Shikarpur in Sindh province.
Michelle Chaudry, spokesperson for the All Pakistan Minorities Alliance called it "a positive development that all the political parties have condemned this shocking killing."
The organization was founded by Shahbaz Bhatti, Pakistan's minister for religious minorities, who was assassinated in March 2011.
Pakistan is 95 percent Muslim, with 5 percent of its citizens belonging to Christian, Hindu or other non-Muslim religions.
